If you're considering this hotel, I strongly suggest you lower your expectations. The rooms are very outdated, no AC, and the mattresses are sat off the floor on what to be looked like ironing boards. The hotels main problem is it attracts a very specific type of clientele. Picture groups of people and family's straight pasado of a Jeremy Kyle show—loud, rude, swearing around children abusing the all-inclusive drinks all day and completely uncaring about anyone around them. It made the whole atmosphere unbearable at times and for that reason we spent every day on trips trasnochado or to the beach away from the hotel. Ganador for the food, although it was edible. It was a bland, unappetising mess—chips and bread were the only things you could reliably count on. Everything else was just slop. We don’t mind basic food, but this was below even that standard. If you’re booking this at a very very cheap price, you might be able to tolerate it, but DO NOT book through a holiday company or travel agent that hikes up the price. We paid nearly £1900 for 5 nights here, and it wasn’t worth a quarter of that. It was a complete rip-off. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly and smiley and worked hard, but unfortunately, that couldn’t make up for the outdated rooms and food.
! This tour was absolutely spectacular- you gain such a sense of appreciation for these countries and their immense beauty. Every day was so exciting, Ganador Europe has such a majestic feel. The accommodation and breakfasts in each hotel were awesome! Our tour leader Adina was very welcoming and very knowledgable. She grew up in East Berlin, so it was very fitting to see her personal side of things while exploring all the history in these countries.

It was our first time here but may not be our last. This is a great family hotel, the rooms are spacious and clean. Two descently sized pools and plenty of sunbeds to go round. We heard one or two complaints about the food, although we didn't have any issues. Plenty of fresh options. Bars are kept well stocked. If on the all inclusive then the majority of cocktails aren't included, but are offered at a reduced price of €3. Otherwise plenty of other options. Stand out attraction at this hotel has to be the animation team. Luigi and his small team do a fantastic job. Our little one had an absolute blast thanks to the nightly kids disco and other events. Hotel is also perfectly located a few minutes walk from the beach and a number of bars. Have no issue in recommending this hotel Triunfador a great family hotel. Close
